U.S. Census Data & 2016 Election Results

Continue completing your poster
  • If you do not have all your data only one person per group should get a computer
  • The election results need to include voting percentages of each state in your group
  • Hang your group posters spaced out around the room
  • This should be done in about 10-15 minutes once the posters are up
As a group you will examine other regional data
  • Your group will move together starting with the number that goes after your group number
    • 2 minutes per region
    • I will be using a timer⏳
    • Take notes on each groups findings
    • Note taking should be done by a different person each time the group moves
  • After 12 minutes, groups will go back to their table to discuss results
  • Discussion phase should take 10 minutes to construct your presentation
    • Pick someone to present, write a short narrative
Each group will present
  • One person from each group will present what their group found interesting about each region and why the group chose to highlight that particular information
    • Presentations will be stopped at 2 minutes per group
    • That is about 20 seconds per region
