Your values are a big part of your life, they guide decisions and choices. If you want to live authentically and be happy, it’s necessary to know what your core values are and be aligned with them.

• On the back of your list of values you should have what the following terms mean to you
• LOVE 💗
• FREEDOM 

The ability to be FREE impacts every aspect of your life. FREEDOM to speak your mind, live where and with who you want, work, study, and do the things you want to do. Have access to information without bias or censorship. FREEDOM is HUGE! Check out Amendment 1 in the Bill of Rights.
