How HyperDocs Engage Students in Learning

 I am currently working on improving my teaching skills in Canvas and wanted to share a resource. 

What is a HyperDoc? 

A HyperDoc in this case is Google Slides that incorporate links to articles, videos, Google docs, and images. They allow students to watch videos independently and review as needed. The slides can incorporate feedback questions following videos so students can track their learning. Links to additional tasks can be incorporated and are manageable in one place. HyperDocs can include student choice, like in the example below. 

Check out a recent example that posses the question "Why has it taken nearly sixty years for the Supreme Court to get to its current interpretation of the 14th Amendment?"
